BABY CLINIC

Baby Clinic 

Rectory Meadow Surgery no longer hosts Well Baby clinics at the Practice.  Clinics are now held at the Haleacre Unit at Amersham Hospital and at Chesham Town Hall.  Please ring the Health Visitors on 01296 567831 for details and to make an appointment.

Immunisations Clinics run separately on Thursday afternoons.  You will automatically receive an invitation for your child's immunisations from the Child Health Department when they become due.

Community Dietician

Nicky Yarwood, a community dietician runs monthly clinics, advising patients on weight loss, healthy eating, allergies and more.  Please enquire with your GP for more information and possible referral.

MINOR OPERATIONS

Minor Surgery

The GPs carry out a variety of minor surgical procedures in conjunction with the practice nurses, by appointment.  Your doctor will be happy to advise you further on this.  Please note, some cosmetic procedures may incur a charge and will need referral to a specialist service.

Meadowlarks Exercise Group

For many years Rectory Meadow Surgery has run a gentle exercise class for older people. There is a Zoom class on Mondays at 2pm and in person on a Thursday from 2-3pm in the surgery with the opportunity to stay for a cup of tea and a chat afterwards.  The classes are run by Chartered Physiotherapists from Amersham Physios and cost £4 per class.  For more information please ask at reception or contact Amersham Physios on 01494434595 or email admin@amershamphysios.com
